Colleen Rudnicki- Director

Colleen started dancing at age 3 in her Mothers dance school near Minneapolis, Minnesota. 

She took master classes and performed extensively around the country growing up. Colleen majored in Dance, Family/Child Psychology and Business Administration at BYU where she was Co Captain of the International Folk Dance Ensemble and a member of the Ballroom Dance Club.  After several years of college she continued her dance education, obtained her Teaching Certifications from Dance Masters of America (DMA), Certified Clogging Instructors (CCI), Professional Dance Teachers Association (PDTA) and has her Bronze Medals in American and Latin Ballroom. She has choreographed for church programs, high school and college musicals, pageants, weddings, music and singing groups, as well as danced professionally for sports teams, community events and industrial shows around the world. Some Highlights include: Current Choreographer for Greg Rowles Legacy Theatre in Myrtle Beach, SC, Featured dancer at Superbowl half time LII, lead dancer and dance captain for Country Music USA at Opryland, NHL Powerplay Dancer, and representing the USA in the 2000 Olympic Torch ceremonies in Sydney Australia. 

Colleen is a Master Clogger and Teachers teacher. She holds a position on the steering committee and teaches nationally with C.L.O.G./ClogU, teaching/Mentoring/Certifying those who want to teach.  She has been the Creative Director and CEO of Dancin' Feet Dance School in Andover, MN since 1992.  Colleen is the proud Mom to Ben, Step Mom to Caleb and wife to Cletis. Her family has German Shepard’s and a Husky.  Colleen sings praises and gives all the glory to her God and Savior Jesus Christ.

Lora Chapman

Lora has been teaching dance for 20 years! She has taught nearly all styles of dance and has been a member of several performance and specialty groups. Dance travels have brought her to Washington D.C., Nashville TN, and Branson MO for performances and conventions. She received the Marilyn Hanson scholarship award for clogging in 2003 and became a nationally certified clogging instructor through CCI in 2007. Lora works full time at a Marketing and Software Development Agency as Learning Development Manager. She loves spending time with her husband Nate, daughter Mara, and black lab pup Daisy. Lora enjoys watching baseball, trips to the beach, coaching her daughter's soccer team, home renovations, and impromptu dance parties with her daughter. Lora also enjoys serving in kids ministry at church and is a part of the foster care ministry at church.

Chloe Kieser

Chloe started dancing at Dancin’ Feet when she was 3 years old. She loved all the different styles she got to learn as a dance assistant and student, but her favorite style is and always has been clogging! Chloe was a dance assistant from 2009-2014 and taught one class back in 2020 but then took a break again to be with her kids and go to school. She just finished her Masters of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and now works at Fraser as a clinical trainee with children and adolescents. Chloe loves working with kids and dance and hopes to someday bring dance into her career as a therapist! Chloe also can’t wait for her kids to start dancing!

Paige McLain

Paige started dancing at Dancin' Feet when she was 4 years old. In 2016, Paige returned to Dancin' Feet as part of the staff after being away for school at Carthage College where she earned her Bachelors in History and Sociology. While Paige loves taking clogging classes, her favorite classes to teach are ballet and Pointe. Paige is married and her husband supports dance classes each year by helping to pick out recital songs. Paige and her husband's favorite thing to do together is to cook new foods.

McKenna Patterson

McKenna has been dancing at Dancin’ Feet for 10 years, has been a Dance Assistant for 3 years and has been teaching for two years. Experimenting with all different dance styles, she eventually feel in love with jazz and hip hop, and she is excited to share her passion with all the young dancers! In McKenna’s free time, she enjoys playing cello and painting, and is participating in multiple marching band organizations as a colorguard member.

Abby Simpson

Abby started her career in recreational classes in 2003, where she learned basic Ballet, Tap and Jazz technique. She remained in recreational classes in various studios around the metro area until 2008. Beginning in high school, she danced competitively in the areas of Ballet, Tap, Jazz and Lyrical, winning multiple awards for group numbers, including High Point and Grand Championships. She left the dance world while studying at Winona State University. After graduating with degrees in Special Education and Child Advocacy, she was blessed to have met Colleen and offered a job at Dancin' Feet. While Abby is not at the studio, she works as a full-time nanny to a young girl with Cerebral Palsy. Abby also choreographs play productions at Northern Starz Children's Theatre, including a national program called Penguin Project which puts on productions, casted entirely of individuals with disabilities.

Alyssa Timmons

Alyssa has been with Dancin’ Feet for 14 years, a Dance Assistant for three years, and this will be her first year teaching! Her favorite dance styles are lyrical, jazz, and clogging. She is attending Bethel University to be a Special Education teacher with a minor in psychology, and also takes great interest in music performance. In her free time, Alyssa likes to read, do arts and crafts, and hang out with her dogs, Westie and Zoey.
